Instead of hosting in early August, the yearly anticipated event is currently in motion this month. Tonight: the first evening of runway shows. Last Friday, selected retailers in the downtown district kicked off the fashion extravaganza by hosting in-store, pop-up parties and trunk shows. In that group? Three powerhouses: Estilo, Langford Market, and Escalator Style For Men. Austin Style showed up to sip complimentary cocktails and catch up with the Fashion Week participants and boutique staff.
